Without the Canadians, it's pretty quiet at the casinos in WA. In July and August 2021 when we stayed, the back lot was blocked off and they were only using the near lot, but there were only a handful of RVs there, maybe 5 or 6 counting us. There are over 50 spots, pull-thrus and back-ins. The RV section is on the West side of the casino, so the buildings block the freeway noise. Cedars has really good food, we've eaten there several times, and when open the buffet is also good. The Cedars restaurant was open, and the fancy steakhouse and Asian food restaurants were open, but not the sports bar or buffet. The casino was non-smoking because of Covid rules, since everyone was required to mask up.
The last time we stayed, we called security and they said they'd send someone out, but no one came. It's also a great place to overnight before getting repairs done if we're camping further out and need to be closer to town early in the morning. We have kids in the area and spend a few weeks every summer at various parks, and Tulalip is great if we get into town a day or two early - before our reservation starts - or if we want to stay an extra day after our reservation ends at the campground. We've stayed at Tulalip Casino five times now, the most recent in August 2021.
